National tender call for “The development of three training curricula for the municipal councils of Albania”.

Explanations and clarifications based on the questions addressed by the interested parties.

1. There are two sectorial training curricula to be developed as per this call.
2. At “a. Eligibility criteria”, point 6.1 (Required documents), the criteria “An average turnover of at least 31,000 Euro in each of the three years (2021, 2022, and 2023) …..” is changed to “An average turnover of at least 31,000 Euro in the three years (2021, 2022, and 2023) …..”

1. At “a. Eligibility criteria”, point 6.1 (Required documents), the criteria “An average turnover of at least 34,000 Euro in each of the three years (2021, 2022, and 2023) ..….” is changed to “An average turnover of at least 34,000 Euro in the three years (2021, 2022, and 2023)…….“

At “a. Eligibility criteria”, point 6.1 (Required documents), the criteria “An average turnover of the consortium at least 32,000 Euro in each of the three years (2021, 2022, and 2023) ..….” is changed to “An average turnover of the consortium of at least 34,000 Euro in the three years (2021, 2022, and 2023)…….“
