TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR SUPPORTING MUNICIPALITIES IN ALBANIA IN IMPROVING PRESCHOOL EDUCATION SERVICE

“Bashki të Forta” is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Government of Sweden, implemented by Helvetas.

   We are looking for consultancy firms able to deliver the following services:

1. Technical assistance for supporting 13 municipalities in Albania on improving preschool education, with a focus on policy improvements”
2. Technical assistance for supporting municipalities in Albania in improving preschool education, focusing on regional exchange, capitalization of experiences, and curricula development.

A maximum budget of respectively 8,000,000 ALL (eight million Albanian Leke) and 10,000,000 (ten million Albanian Leke) including VAT, per each of the services listed above is fixed for the service to be carried out in a period of a maximum of 11 months (from February to December 2025).

All applications must be submitted at the latest by the 30^th of January 2025.
