“Bashki të Forta” is a project of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Government of Sweden, implemented by Helvetas.

We are looking for consultancy companies/bidding organizations able to deliver the service as per the following call:

“NATIONAL TENDER CALL – TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR 7 MUNICIPAL COUNCILS BERAT; KORCË; PËRMET; LIBRAZHD; LUSHNJË; TEPELENE, VLORË”

All the services listed above are fixed to be carried out in a period from March 2025 to the end of June 2026, with a maximum budget in the amount of 17, 000,000 Leke excluding VAT (seventeen million Leke).

All candidates interested in asking questions or clarifying different elements of this procedure can visit our office on 22.01.2025, from 14.00-15.00 hrs. Short notes of this session will be sent to all interested bidders. No email question-and-answer session will be available.

Deadline: The offers have to be submitted by 15.02.2025 (date of postmark) latest. If you choose to hand over the offer directly at the Bashki të Forta offices, please make sure to do it during working hours and before 16:00.
